Architecture

The present building was designed in 1926 in art deco style by Van Galen and C.P. Wolff Schoemaker, both professors at Technische Hogeschool (today ITB) and famous architects of that time. The 7,500 m² building had Italian marble floors, some saloon and rooms in cikenhout wooden finishing, and was adorned with crystal lamps on the ceilings.

Gedung Sate

"Gedung Sate", with his trademark form of ornaments skewers on the central tower, has long been a marker or landmark Bandung is not only known to the public in West Java, Indonesia, but also the entire building was used as a model even a sign to some buildings and city signs in West Java. For example, the form of the building frontage Tasikmalaya Railway Station. Built in 1920, the white house is still standing strong but graceful building and now serves as the administrative center of West Java.

Flyover Pasupati Bandung

Flyover Pasupati is a bridge that connects the north and east of the city of Bandung through the valley Cikapundung. Length of 2.8 km and a width of 30-60 m.
Construction of the bridge was funded through grant funds from the Kuwaiti government. After a few years did not happen, finally, on June 26, 2005 the first test was done. The bridge will be one of the landmarks of Bandung.

This bridge connects Pasteur road (Dr. Djundjunan) and Surapati road, and this is where the name originated Pasupati. With the bridge is expected to solve the problem of congestion in North Bandung.

Pasupati Elevated roads also become an icon of the city of Bandung. This flyover makes the traffic flow of the area around Greater Jakarta to Bandung becomes easier.

Trans Auto Show 2012 - Part 1

On 21 november yesterday I happened to get an invitation from a friend to attend the Trans Auto Show 2012.
There is a new car show that is not sold in Indonesia, there is also a Photo Rally to support the event, and my friend suggested join rally event photo.
There are plenty of premium class cars are on display at the event, ranging from the Jeep, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini.
